UX Researcher
Freelance Remote (EU)
As a UX researcher, you’ll be able to work with international brands from all over the world, as well as exciting startups from various industries.
The role
- Understanding client requirements and facilitating kick-off meetings.
- Creating project and research plans.
- Recruiting for research studies (e.g. interviews, user tests)
- Creating guides for research studies.
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Analyzing data: organizing and synthesizing data from your research.
- Synthesizing and communicating research insights to the client and team members.
- Coming up with innovative ideas and solutions to real-life problems in close collaboration with your Designer partner.
- Keeping up with industry trends, and making sure we are using the latest best practices.
- Ability to communicate in a clear manner with clients, direct teams, and manage multiple cases.
- Leading and facilitating workshops to create better collaboration with your client's team.
- Managing smooth project handovers to clients.

- You are a teamplayer and ready to exchange ideas, learn from others, and share your knowledge with your team members.
- You can handle unexpected problems or technical difficulties that may come up.
- You have great communication skills and are fluent in English.
- You live within four hours of the Central European time zone.
- A degree in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or HCI can be an advantage.
